My family and I were first time homeowners and Susan really “got into our heads”, which I’m sure wasn’t an easy task for her! We wanted a deal and a fixer in a good neighborhood. Too often the house we wanted was already taken by the time ‘open house’ rolled along. Susan would check the MLS listings every night for a potential house for us, emailing me at odd hours sometimes. Susan found our house on a Thursday night, we went to see it Friday afternoon, and again on the Saturday and we made an offer on Sunday.
